ENGINE CARBON CLEANING
¿Why my engine is getting dirty?
Everyday use of your vehicle leads to the gradual accumulation of carbon deposits throughout the engine and3 exhaust system. Give your engine the deep clean it deserves using our decarbonising machine.
1 – Carbon cleaning machine
Using our unique hydrogen-powered decarbonising machine it remove nearly all carbon build-up. In just 30 minutes, your engine will run like new. The Carbon Cleaning machine has a remarkable cleaning capacity. With this advanced technology, developed over several years, hydrogen is pulsed through the air intake pipes, burning off up to 75% of the carbon deposits that prevent your engine from running smoothly.
2 – What does it do?
The station automatically manages the pulsed hydrogen flow. The heating effect of hydrogen makes it possible to raise the combustion temperature to trigger a pyrolysis, essentially a chemical reaction that serves to remove, burn off, disintegrate, and eliminate carbon deposits. By simply inserting the carbon cleaning station into the air intake duct and then connecting the clamps on to the positive and negative terminals of the vehicle’s battery.
It take 30 minutes in order to remove the carbon deposits.
THE BENEFITS OF HYDROGEN IN THE COMBUSTION PROCESS
Hydrogen is characterized by a high reactivity and a combustion rate as much as five times greater than that of fuel. Moreover, hydrogen has a wider flammability range than other types of fuel. Due to these characteristics, the addition of even a small amount of hydrogen in the fuel-air mixture increases the combustion rate thus making the combustion more stable by reducing the duration of combustion and reducing cycle-to-cycle variations. Many quantitative and experimental studies done on the impact of adding hydrogen in internal combustion engines (based on petrol or diesel) have come to the common conclusion that the measure:
– Reduces the duration of the combustion process.
– Increases thermal efficiency.
– Burns off, disintegrates and removes carbon deposits.
– Lower gas emition, important for itv !
